There is selfishness going on here on both sides, I know Matt worked so hard all his life building that house and farm, of course Amy helped and was there for him,she could only support so much though. I think Zach thought he would get the farm for almost nothing. That wouldn't be fair to his siblings. Also I think Matt came in asking too much for it. They both are being hard headed and letting that get in the way of the relationship with not only them, but the grandkids will be affected the most. They should come to some kind of agreement, after all, family is family. It's a legacy. God don't like ugly nor greediness. Stop feeding over something that you can't take to heaven with you. Why couldn't Zach and Tori live on the farm for trade off of upkeeping it, so the grandkids can continue to grow up there, and be happy. One day they should own it. It all comes down to money. I don't think Amy got that much money when she sold it to Matt. Just saying . That farmland and house should stay in the family. They need to work it out and quit all this selfishness.

BlondiNative, sorry to disappoint you, the children will NEVER better off without their grandfather, Matt. When the TLC cameras return to California for good, their parents might have to ask/beg Matt for financial assistance. Tori is very lazy and spends most of the day on social media, to which she is totally addicted. Zach has absolutely no marketable skills, so no job out there waiting to employ him. Have you noticed that while Zach is out playing with Jackson and Lilah, Tori sits on the porch giving instructions and or commenting? She feels over privileged and I suspect she feels superior to Zach, who unfortunately have a very toxic wife.

Adopting a disabled child is not the same as making a choice to bring children into the world with a high chance of passing that disability. They are making the choice for their own selfish reasons. Zach should know better then to put his children through everything he had to. It's one thing to adopt a child disabled, who was born already. It's another thing to make the choice to have a baby knowing the risks. That baby is the one who will have to suffer for a choice they could not make.

Look at the poor guy--he is all hunched over and probably has pain all of the time. Just remember, he was the one that bought that farm, he was the one that did all of the work to it. He was always working on it and did a lot himself. There has to be one "go getter" in the family or nothing gets done. Matt was the one that didn't procrastinate to get jobs done. He probably didn't see that motivation in those kids. I seldom saw those kids do much work there. If it was me, I would not just give my kids my property if I still had years left to live. I don't know if I am right or not, I just feel bad because I believe Matt was the hardest working of the family.

@@travelinggirl6681 I totally disagree, while Matt was running around starting a bunch of different projects to do around the house, Aimee was the one holding down everything else with the home, the business and the kids. A lot of the projects that were done, he physically didn’t do 100% alone. His father, his kids, and his workers did the majority of it. I’m actually surprised that she didn’t leave him back then. He always seemed to downplay her role, like if she did nothing. He was the one rolling around barking orders at people while she actually got her hands dirty and got things done.

I feel like Zach is using the babies as a tool to hurt Matt. Zach allowed his son to form a relationship with his grandpa. Zach decided to move the family far away from the farm. That kiddo had no say in any of it. One day he is riding co pilot in the side by side and after a family fued now Zach doesnt feel comfortable with his dad being able to take the babies overnight/back to the farm? Those kids are TOOLS for Zach to cause pain to his dad. Im sure if you asked Zachs son if he wanted to go to the farm he would jump for joy. Months later and that kiddo is still asking about his animal friends back at grandpas farm! That speaks volumes about how that child feels.

Zack, I don't know you but I flip through KZbin channels and ran into yours a few days ago, and I wanted to comment about your relationship with your father, I don't know what's going on, but it sounds like you don't have much of a good or close relationship with your father, I wanted to tell you, don't take for granted that you have your father now, because there is a saying, "No one knows what they have now, until you lose it" let that not be you because just as your father has errors or bad decisions doesn't mean that you are any better then him, because you too probably have made many errors and bad decisions, instead enjoy every moment now that your father is still living because one day you might loose him and all you will be thinking is regretting the times you could have enjoyed him. The Word of God says, Honor thy Father and thy Mother, in Doing so you will live a long life. It is written in Exodus 20:12. I myself don't have a close relationship with my father but I Love him never the less and I have even had strong disagreements with him, I mean really strong but I still do what I can do to Honor him and help him all my life whenever he has needed and even I have been helped by him when I needed it, I lived with him and moved out and even he has lived with us and moved out but I find it a Joy as well as my Father when we visit him every Friday with my children and sometimes my husband, I see the Joy in my father's face when he sees his grandchildren, don't take your children from your father, because you never know if that's what keeps your father going. Zack don't be selfish or self centered, let your children grow a strong relationship with there Grandparents, I really hope this message gets through to you and that it brings conviction to your heart, I say this with all that my heart aches, because Jesus is coming soon Repent and turn back to God.
