rather for 10N it is the fight for the best trinket before the Tar in Professor and Deathbringer will in you know. But to fight the female version of Khel' Thuzad it seems very difficult, of course on the pirate server that I played they eliminated the undead adds, which makes it difficult to get the full achievement. I'm going to mention that there are no pirates on the servers than there are in the classic just to make it curious that pirates will never be perfect.
