Hey, just subscribed. Really enjoying your channel. Good content great presentation. My LHS has weekly 1/14 scale carpet racing. So I got a cheap Tacon Soar. It's fun for now, before I spend the big money on stuff like this. Newbie question-you often hear 13.5 What does that refer to? Thanks

thanks for subscribing! that refers to the 1/10 scale motor. It's the number of turns in how much copper is wrapped around the motor, but basically it means a 540 sized motor (36x52mm) with 13.5 turns. The lower the number, the more powerful, the higher the slower it is. 13.5 is usually used for 4wd buggy or 2wd stadium truck racing in the U.S.

Are the 5.0 wheel hexes for the fronts? To give the old 22-4 wheels the same offset as the new 22x4 wheels?
