Think I just saw Grasslands, the other day, in Burlington's or Ross's. There are SO many of those Banana Republic fragrances, so cheap, that I hesitated to take that leap. But, I've already got Tres Nuit, and, it's inexpensive enough that, if Grasslands turns out better (in my opionion), then, I don't mind passing the Armaf on to my nephew, since he's not really a fragrance enthusiast (yet), anyway.

I could not agree with you more that Assad is the best bang for your buck of all time. It remains one of my best "Ross-recommended" purchases ever (despite the fact that I already had Sauvage Elixir at the time of purchase).

Sillage is still very solid. I just revisited Milestone recently after it sitting for nearly a year. I didn’t like it at first and it just collected dust but damn is it good now, such an addictive smell and lasts days on skin!

I love milestone, performance is solid as well. I have a 30ml but I may just get a 100ml and let is macerate whilst I use up the 30ml if that's the case

Tres Nuit has grown on me more than any other scent, to the point of being addicting. Its the ultimate outdoors scent for me. That green and citrus stays strong through the life of it. Letting it sit for a while did it wonders.

There's just something about tres Nuit. I have l'aventure Knight which is a more accurate clone of GIT but tres Nuit is more fresher and an easier wear.

@ my opinion is that there are more floral components to tres nuit with added lavender and higher doses of the other florals. Instead of fresh spicy cut grass + cool water dry down (GIT), Tres nuit is a bit more powdery and citrusy but still keeps that green-ness of the original.

Tres Nuit I used to really love and it keeps finding its way to the back of the shelf these days. Not that I hate it, I just keep finding things more interesting. I gotta "dust it off" once in awhile myself and spray it even as an out of the shower or casual day around the house to keep it out of my wasteland shelf 😂

Good list I agree on Asad and grasslands those are super cheap and fit the bill. I haven't tested the others. Other than Tres nuit and sillage For anyone interested in Sillage I can 1000% recommend Arabiyat Prestige blanc. I have sillage and I've tested silver mountain water a few times. Prestige Blanc is the best of both worlds of sillage and silver mountain water. Way smoother than sillage and much better performing than SMW. The greatest clone purchase in my whole collection undoubtedly.

15:00 such a great leg day gym fragrance. GIT is phenomenal and I test it out every time I’m in a duty free but I just can’t pull the trigger….not when I have a 1ml and 2.5ml of Grassland which was less than my milk isolate powder

From my nose, I dont really like cedrat essence. Theres something awful smell coming out after the opening. Maybe the creaminess that smell like rotten butter that turn me off, idk. Just save up a lil bit and get the OG as the price now are much cheaper especially a tester bottle.

I know you think the whole “aging” thing is exaggerated. Often it is. But my bottle of Sillage really did smooth out over time and isn’t quite as synthetic as it was when I first picked it up.

Supremacy Silver is fantastic, I have a March 2024 batch and there are no issues with the performance at all It was a much needed upgrade from Lamborghini Invincibile which I love, but the longevity and projection are both quite weak

I smelled green irish tweed for the first time the other day and was disappointed that is didnt smell like tre nuit. It smelled like grass and...almost like an old school barbershop frag. Sauvage the og. Or platinum privee by chanel

I think Fragrance World's Just Aswad is a better clone of Sauvage Elixir than Lattafa Asad imo, But thats just my opinion others may disagree
