Law changed June 2020, if returning with re entry permit, same visa, same address same PP you do not need to do a TM30 on returning. Guess what a few offices still want you to! Good luck with the new website, I found it impossible

Hi. The landlord does not know or pretends that he does not understand what kind of certificate I need. Which is strange, I don't believe that no one has ever needed it before. Maybe I'm explaining something wrong?! Can you please write a short instruction in Thai for the landlord. Thanks

It's not true that you need TM30 form if you will apply for extend your visa exemption or visa. I did it without TM30 😊

Hello, Just wanna ask. The landlord in my apartment tries online TM30. Since the TM6 is already suspended, he says he cannot proceed if there are no TM6 number input there. TM6 is required online. Any suggestion on what to do?
