TM:HO - ETE (Mod) - Harbor City 12-Pak

A texture replacement PCSX2 mod for the NTSC-U version of Twisted Metal: Head On - Extra Twisted Edition. Replaces the standard 12-Pak with a direct port from Harbor City's Late 2005 build.

I updated the download link to include the tire-treads that i forgot to add last night, due to some personal matters concerning the brazilian military draft (which is why my driving seemed crappier and more reckless than usual).

Yeah Jaffe was whacked out of his mind when he came up with the driver for this car. The actual driver used in Harbor City is unknown, because they never worked on a driver (they would work first on the cars then after the characters), that's why Jaffe had to come up with the headless Boomer guy for the Lost content.

@@lughzi1591 Basically I think all the characters from Black are just placeholders and maybe other drivers were supposed to sit like that but that's just a guess

​@@lughzi1591I can say the same about the Death port location, as in this video. It looks like it's just a cross between ship models, not a full-fledged location.

​@@ThrashMusicBox Yeah, they were put in to add more content for Lost, they even readded their Specials, but they only removed Axel's Alternate Special but also buffed his normal Special. Yeah, the Death Port map is a collage of map objects from Shipyard and Docks.

@@lughzi1591 Well... it's sad that Harbor City was cancelled after all :( But if it had come out, what would the Twisted Metal series look like now? Would the 2012 version have been as dark as Black and Lost?
