Breathing, Pulsating , Spellbinding or whatever adjectives , a gem of an exhibition of Carnatic genius , commendations applies to the patrons who stayed the hour in rapt attention to soak up every ounce of the miracle recorded for posterity , as to the performers , divinity thy name TM Krishna & Sournalatha , such bliss comes packed in this performance that it gets rooted in the hearts of connoisseurs of Carnatic music.. even a novice like me had it in loop to grasp the composition with it’s high notes .. a high class high caliber rendition ❤

Essence of Reethigowlai shown perfectly, Violinist did extremely well. Mirdangam not playing wherever it requires, he can play throughout the kriti and not necessarily to play like this to show the tempo of the song which is already done by vocalist, therefore Mirdangam can fill the gaps with nice furns ..
