I think the form is different than the last game but I think a recent patch might have smoothed it a bit. (The issue was that poor form would SEVERELY punish a player while great form would make you OP) As to player talks, I believe there’s a button where you can give him a talk automatically after the end of each set. My question for you is finances: is it just me, or is this version more unforgiving? (It becomes an issue if you do not have money for a signing bonus to re-sign players)

I haven't got far enough to see if that's (finance) an issue yet, but I feel I'm losing money more quickly for sure.
