I think you can press right on the D-pad to adjust steering sensitivity. Can help fine tune for drifting too!

@@dougadams6861 Turn steering sensitivity to -5 on every car. it doesn't limit your maximum turning radius, it just makes the controller stick have a smaller minimum option. Also, the deadzone is limiting, so you can put the stick slightly forward or backwards when going straight to get the controller out the deadzone, and the push diagonally to the sides for more fine steering.
