For anyone wondering there wasn't anything in the basement besides a secret room with a book that is useless, and the gnome outside turned black and gray and started to bleed and would turn around and stuff and close doors. There was a coffin outside you were suppose to bury, but Trevor didn't see it. The mask changes every time you turn your camera in the other direction, and that's basically it. Also when you go into the basement your FOV goes like to 120 and you become like drunk and your vision is all messed up.
