Dude the traxxas resonator is amazing dont change the pipe just drill out the stinger. Good to go

It has a shorter wheelbase than the 3.3 and it has reverse gear which is cool. Wheelbase dosn't matter when your other car is a savage xl anyways.👍👍

Word of advise, use a glow starter. Use the ez start to crank the engine only. Looks like a solid truck. 👍

I fix one for one of my buddys.. the dog bones are plastic wich is kinda strange. If its got the easy start set up id put the on board start/control box on it instead of using the start wound. You might also want to put a hump pack. The bug 404 uses the rick rider pipe it sounds pertty good. Iv got one of my savages using a modified easy start system with a on board starter box and a wireless servo on and off control in replace of the push button. And everything powered by a lipo pack using a hpi 2.4 factory remote that iv also made rechargeable with a flat 6v hump pack and added a 5.5 charging port so i basically change the car and remote and its has wireless remote start. Wich is nice because id always forget something that had to do with starting my savage and of course im no were close to my house were id left what ever it was i forgot to bring and that definitely blows now as long as i change it and iv got my can of vp fuel im smash and bashing 😉💯💪👍✌️👌

@@allaspectsrc4178 no problem they do make regular steel dogbones wich id definitely getting I also at least put rpm control arms on the front and on any of the wiring try to go direct as possible and if you can eliminate as much connection as possible that aren't needed the on board control/start box helps to eliminate wire also.💯💪👍✌️😉

It’s probably 🅰️ older model / version Tmax cause of the radio uses crystal & 🆙 grade to the 2️⃣.4️⃣ GHz remote 🤑👍🏼🚙🏁

Yes 🙌🏼 that’s true cause the 2️⃣.5️⃣ has the ⚫️ transmission & 3️⃣.3️⃣ is grey 🤑👍🏼🚙🏁
