The multimedia rear view camera of our 2021 model Toyota Corolla has been problematic for 1 year. Occasionally, the camera would not activate or would lag during reversing. Although we detected it with videos, it could not be detected during service maintenance. I left the vehicle at Kocaeli Kaya Plaza for the last 30 thousand maintenance and they did the repair themselves. The vehicle camera and screen were removed and sent to service. We used the vehicle without a camera or multimedia for about 1 month. The camera arrived on December 19th. It was installed in the service on December 21st. It was stated that there was no problem with the devices and that the camera trigger mechanism was fixed by updating the software. According to the report, no action was taken. I got into the car, and when I started it for the first time, the camera started to move, and I recorded it with my phone and showed it when I got in. It will be disassembled again and sent to service. We both lose time and this situation causes financial damage. I think that the company selling the multimedia and camera system sent the device without taking any action and fixing the problem. Besides, I cannot understand how Kaya Plaza did not test the camera after installation on the vehicle and how I saw the problem at the first start-up before leaving the service. You install multimedia navigation and a rear-view camera in your vehicle and it has a warranty, but Toyota cannot replace the products it purchases and cannot even control whether the damaged product comes back without repair. The warranty of the products expires in January 2024. After the warranty expires, we will either have to pay for repairs or buy a new device and install it. As of today, I will put my vehicle up for sale. I don't have to constantly take leave from work and deal with such problems. We will probably apply to the Consumer Court. Toyota advertises as 'Go On' but your warranty device comes back unreplaced or repaired. It would be more appropriate to call this 'Go Back' rather than 'Go On'. Unless legal inspections of services and companies in Turkey are carried out properly and serious penalties are imposed, citizens will continue to be victimized and made to deal with unnecessary tasks. I was late for work both in the morning and at lunch today. I paid to go to and from the bus. I will spend at least 1 more hour to pick up my vehicle in the evening. I have not been able to use the camera, radio and navigation device that I paid for for two months. Probably my problem will not be solved again and the device will be out of warranty. I got Yaris plus 2023 and it got a lot of issues like factory issues 😕 and the agency in my country ain't pro at all they can't even tell me why the car is shaking when i drive normal at the speed 40 it been 3 times now and still and now they lie to me and telling me it's Yaris of course it will be shaking and vibration at the speed 40 then the sensor been automatic work 2 times each time it been more then 1 hours is ur new car are weak like this as the agency told me
