But, I’m fully aware that there are so many people that never got to complete their treatment.” In my experience, it’s been difficult to receive and process good news/progress when you know there are so many families receiving bad news at this moment. Just brain farts. Take those wins though, Grace; it’s absolutely okay to celebrate even though it feels so unfair at times.

Speaking of cults, I listened to Lauren Hough’s memoir Leaving isn’t the hardest thing & she talks about growing up in a Christian cult, being queer in the army, and being homeless post-army. SUCH a good listen & it’s on audible (wink wink sponsor of this ep). Think y’all would like it. Coffee & chemo thought: my grandma would drink a chicory-coffee mix (mostly chicory) to scratch that coffee itch during chemo & after. I actually do that too now because it’s gentler on my stomach & I’m not ready to fully cut out coffee/coffee-like beverages. Many more thoughts but that’s all for now. Late to the party and I'm sure they won't read this but on a previous season of survivor a contestant that had a logo/trademark symbol for a tattoo had to constantly wear a massive bandage over the tattoo. made it look like he was injured. so if Chip had too many and in certain spots, casting wouldn't even consider him anymore.

I used to own a billiard hall in Northern NH. We had the Golden Tee game. I'd play it every day. I went a step above and upgraded to Golden Tee Live and got myself the Golden Tee Gold Card (this was around 2001-2002). The card kept all your stats and let you enter certain tournaments and play in a certain league.. You could also score points by having the longest drive or the longest putt... and your name would appear on the cool-ass digital ticker above the arcade game. You also had a chance of winning cash prizes. That game was great. I dunno if it's still around. I've had friends sprain their wrists playing it. Highly recommended. 10/10 ... I want one in my home now. Off to eBay I go..

My family used to be BIIIIG into Survivor where we'd theme our meal around the show, for example wed have unseasoned white fish and plain crunchy rice....lol i wish i were kidding. Oh! And my sister and I used to "train" for the eating challenges the used to have where we'd eat "gross" food and try not to puke.
