Peter Betaia Nehemiah nothing wrong with constructive criticism......you're entitled to ya opinion just as much as everyone else and i do agree, i do notice the similar undertone/tune in the kiribati songs but i guess that gives it distinctive characteristic,............ probably not very obvious in the newer songs but if u listened to the older songs for example in the 'kuaea' it is very noticeable then!!! ...however ya right in saying that some of the sound effects and the mix they use in the newer songs tend to overpower the vocals and therefore makes it harder to actually listen and appreciate their beautiful vocals!!!.........anyway, i still love and enjoy listening to Kiribati music regardless! ....tekeraoi :)
