Yes beautiful, Most no.. other languages are beautiful too. Languages like computer languages are suited for certain domains. I feel in south Asia urdu, bengali and tamil are great for working with arts. Urdu poetry sound fabulous because its poets at a high frequency use words from other language farsi(like chiraag), arabic(word from quran), sanskrit(like lagan, chanda from chandrama), even turkish, if that word better describes/captures the emotion, feel or subject. Urdu is hardly ~250yrs old and with british running the show in the region for most of that time, it wasn't the language of the rulers/government baring post independence pakistan(75yrs) or pockets like Nizams rule in Hyderabad(for ~60-70yrs). On contrary urdu are the language of revolutionaries(post 1857 or hum dekhe against dictator zia-ul-haq).
