Since it will never become an actual episode, I have a suggestion for you. It all starts out like normal, when Mikey is told to go wait for the pizza delivery man. He reluctantly decides to take Mini Shredder with him. Mikey then gets distracted by the pizza and Mini Shredder sneaks off. Only to find some of the "New Ooze" scattered around the sewers. Mikey alerts the turtles and they go looking for him. Only to find that he had grown 4x bigger. He overpowers the turtles and makes a break for the nearest ladder. The turtles get back to the lair, only to be questioned by Splinter about their injuries. Leonardo, Donatello and Raphael lie about the truth, but Mikey blabs about it, causing Splinter to get aggitated by this. Splinter then declares they must get him back. The turtles go looking for Mini Shredder. At about the same time, the Rat King sees them exit the sewers and sees this as a chance to seize Splinter, once and for all. Splinter is awoken from his meditation by Rat King and instantly goes into a deep trance. Rat King then declares that Solinter will fight by his side, like his own family, at any cost. The Rat King and Splinter go after the turtles who find Mini Shredder back at his old lair. Before they can grab him, he has already demutated himself. Shredder then declares he will destroy the turtles and get his revenge. He then calls out Foot Soldiers to attack the turtles. After The Foot are defeated, The Rat King and Master Splinter arrive at Shredder's lair. Rat King then declares that he will be the one to defeat the turtles, not Shredder. Shredder then says otherwise, causing a dispute. Rat King sets his rats on Shredder and Master Splinter on the turtles. The turtles get overpowered quite easily, until Leonardo manages to slip past Splinter and attack the Rat King himself. The Rat King then says to Leonardo "If you want your brothers alive, you will stay away from me!" Leonardo argues saying that Master Splinter won't finish the fight, because they are his family. Rat King then states to Leonardo "Evil is a dangerous thing!" Shredder then gets annoyed and takes out the Rat King himself, bringing Splinter back to normal, only to find Shredder in his presence. He goes to attack Shredder, who then flees using a ninja smoke bomb. The turtles then apologise for their failure of letting Mini Shredder turn back to normal. Splinter then declares that on the contrary, they saved him, so it was not necessarily a failure. Mikey then asks "Pizza, anyone?" They all instantly reply with "Yes" and begin to head back to the lair. The episode then ends with Shredder declaring "I'll get you next time, turtles!" | Please use this idea! I know it may take a while, but I dont mind the wait! :D

I won't do the stop motion word-for-word, but i'll tell you that in this season's new movie, i'm going to incorporate some of those ideas. I found it strange because I was already working on the plot, and have the whole thing in my mind, and you pretty much guessed a few chunks of it! The reason is mainly because I change the heads so that it looks like their talking, so if I used the old figures, it wouldn't look right if it went from a very detailed turtle head to a comical version. Glad you like the stop motion! : )
