The shoulder plates are on hinges and you can angle them lower.

Cool! Donatello’s eyes look off. WAY off. And shredder’s shoulder pads are too big and look more like they’re attached to the helmet. Good work. I’ll probably buy the tmnt party wagon and use the 2012 figures for something cool soon.

For a second, I thought you were going to try and convince us why these crappy figures are actually good. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised Hahaha. They didn't even paint his neck? This 2 pack and especially that 2003 Foot base, shows that Playmates doesn't know what they are doing. They've truly lost it. Garbage indeed, Good review.
