Them catch phrases made the game so realistic and made it seem like you were fighting them. I remember these phrases cause they yelled it every time you took one out. Phrases like "Triceraton will never die" "This is not the end" and last but not least my favorite XD "For the REPUBLIC!"

D-ray the button controls are delayed and you die a lot, and it takes a long time to beat an enemy.

@@jonmcintyre1144 not necessarily, you just have to be using combos. That, and you can throw some of them off cliffs.

@@jonmcintyre1144 Sorry for taking long, but KZbin didn't notify me. By the way, the delayed controls (as much as I heard) were a problem of the Gamecube version. The Ps2 and Xbox ports didn't have such problems. And if you played these two versions, and still felt a delay, then you probably played alot of Mikey, because he has the slowest moves out of the turtles (or you just spammed heavy attacks). The dying alot part is probably because of platforming. Right? Also some enemies really like to juggle you in very long damage loops, but that happened WAY more in TMNT 2003, so I don't count that much of a problem. And about the time needed to kill enemies, is just what "I am a PERSON" said. You have to use combos by collecting crystals, and these crystal can even raise your attack. I mean, taking even just half of the red crystals will give you the ability to ONE-SHOT common foot ninjas. In Mutant Nightmare enemies can take EVEN longer to die (on harder levels of course), even with the Ultimate Scrolls.
