I think connections made for Resister and LED is wrong as breadboard is shorted vertically. it seems both the terminals of resisters are short circuited. In simulation no issue for running but practically it won't work.

The project is all about protecting the 3 phase induction motor from over heating and under and over voltage..

The component for over heating is temperature sensor and comparator the output is feed to Arduino, if temperature exceeded the limit the Contactor will disconnect the 3 phase motor like this we save it from overheating

Same concept for under and over there is a limit and according to that limit the contactor will disconnect the 3 phase load or motor

Yes I can help you it's easy you just need to use analog input of arduino and read the temperature sensor value Find out your threshold temperature value. After that use of then else condition To control the any digital pin
