Why did you stimulate the right DLPFC as opposed to inhibiting it? Usually protocols for reducing anxiety involve inhibiting the right DLPFC. What frequency(s) did you use in this case? Thank you for your videos, Elahi.

There have been RCT's showing the positive effects of high-frequency stimulation for treatment of anxiety in patients. You can reach us at info@Neurospabrain.com for more details. Thank you for your post.

I have developed severe hyperphagia and depersonalisation including complete loss of satiety and interoception as the result of benzodiazepine withdrawal (I was on benzos following a spinal injury). I also now have mast cell activation. Will TMS help with the hyperphagia, loss of executive function and depersonalisation?

@@neurospabrain following up. I received 6 weeks of MeRT TMS and things were going very well. Energy was very high, mood was good and pain had nearly disappeared. The last week of treatment they changed protocol and began treatment with the coil at the back of the head. That night I had a 9/10 headache. It was so bad I debated going to the ER. Since then I have been on the decline. I am now finished with treatment and the next step is neuro-endocrinology

We do not use 'MeRT'. Our strategies are based on randomized controlled trials. MeRT has not undergone randomized trials as of yet. Please contact our office for consultation to review your case and discuss options.
