Okay, its just getting accommodated here. The reason is - We generally talk about reports as a part of monitoring and control. Monitoring and Control is not a one time activity it happens right from planning till test closure. So, its throughout the lifecycle. I think there was no need to create a separate chapter to talk about reports. Therefore, the TSR are created at the end where monitoring does reach.

Hi Oso, This is not a straight forward metric to be written or explain over the chat. It might be measured in form of either cost effective testing or cost of quality.
