Beautiful home. Couple of changes, the wall between kitchen and family room should be open concept. Smaller window to porch area outside. No need for slider if that is what it is. Love the kitchen, laundry, pantry and outside door to porch where it is.

All of these homes are beautiful and to me, their natural beauty is enhanced by land and mature trees, that is what I would like. I don't believe these homes would look as beautiful on a city lot.

A good porch for outdoor living. There is a laundry room and a pantry, which supplement counter and storage for the kitchen. A pretty functional plan.

I'd trade the side porch for a one car garage, leaving the livingroom with a long bookcase wall for the TV and better furniture placement options. Entry from the garage would be through the laundry room door. Deck replacement could be off the kitchen/eating area.

Only I'd change is the placement of the living room . TV is much too close to the front door and closet.

Living room change the door to a wall put a small couch there and hang a painting on the wall. Kitchen change the door to a small window. Laundry room take out the sink use the whole countertop for folding clothes and change the window that’s part of the door smaller. 2nd bedroom turn that into an office. Middle bathroom change the tub to a walk-in shower.

Having a functional porch like this one can have a great impact on what I like to call the "liability index," if that phrase is permissible. A small house plan can work for some if there is a decent, covered porch one can retreat to. It's the gemütlichkite effect, if you know what I mean? I understand the other comments. Rearranging furniture and decor could resolve one of the concerns. Overall, I believe this to be a pretty good plan, especially for empty nest folks and others looking to downsize.

I really like this house. Needs a couple changes imho. I love the side porch but could do without it for a larger living room. Then add a porch on the side. The tv is on the wrong wall. The front wall is where I would put it. Needs an attached garage. Maybe rearrange the laundry room and have access through it??? Other than that.... Great job on this one. Oh..... And also..... Would like to see a fireplace worked in somewhere.

I wouldn't want that big of laundry room would rather take wall out have bigger kitchen/ dinning area. Put laundry in pantry area
