Dala bych světlejší barvu, takhle mi dům přijde moc tmavý. Ložnice je super, má dost úložného prostoru. Koupelny 2 a pěkné. Podkrovní ložnice se mi líbí nejvíc. Krásná postel a místnost je útulná, příjemná. 😊❤🍀🙋‍♀️

Speaking as a carpenter in America, lumber here is based on a 4 foot rule. Plywood, hardboard siding, etc. all come in 4X8 ft sheets. So when planning your house here, remember that. Go for 24x32 or 28x36, etc. It's easier to figure costs of materials when you do this. Hope this helps someone with their plans. Best Wishes!

I love this little cabin style home, i like the laundry room where its at, all you have to do is close the door and no one would know its there. I really like the closet area in the master bedroom, the kitchen is the perfect size with everything you need and the living room looks so cozy. I would live in this house in a heart beat.

Pretty little house, but I would make the downstairs bedroom the master with ensuite bath where the laundry room is, then put laundry room where the bath was & add a toilet, to make it a laundry/powder room. The upstairs bath has a problem bc of no shower curtain. I would make it an enclosed shower, & add some shelves beside it. Also, I’d add an overhead cabinet to the right of the kitchen sink. Then it will be my perfect little dream home! 💗

Hermosa!!!!! Mi sueño cumplido!!!. Estas casas o cabañas como las llamamos acá, son espectaculares, porque en invierno son cálidas y en verano al tener buena ventilación son frescas. Al ser con madera no hay humedad ambiente ni siquiera en paredes. Muchos pueden pensar que es oscura, pero no , al contrario. Yo me crié en una así y hoy dia me cuesta adaptarme a otro tipo de materiales y estructura. Además, felicitaciones para el decorador, está todo lo que se necesita, sobre todo los libros y el hogar a leña. Gracias por traerme lindos recuerdos. Saludos desde Uruguay ❤🇺🇾

Agree with trading downstairs laundry and bathroom spaces, with an entrance in bedroom through to bath. Also, redesign head space in the upper bath to remove the sloping ceiling over the bath/shower. Removing the wall between the kitchen and living rooms would really open the area up, unless you like the more compartmentalized rooms. With living in a small house, your outdoor areas become more necessary, so I would extend the back porch all the way across. Love this footprint!

This is a beautiful little house. I wouldn’t personally change anything about it for myself but I do understand what some people are saying about changing the laundry and downstairs bathroom around. I think it’s perfect the way it is though. Love the colors.

While I do love this house. I would change somehow switch the laundry room and the downstairs bathroom, and somehow add a couple of more cabinets in the kitchen. And I would have to do something about all of the dark wood that's just too too much dark

Add a basement and just put the laundry stuff under the first floor bathroom in it. Make the laundry room a spiral staircase down. Then remove the 2nd story bathroom for more bedroom space upstairs. Slap a 1-2 car garage on the side for extra storage and its perfect small 3 person family home.

I had a new log home a few years ago and I couldn't stand the wood anymore. I even had sheetrock to break it up. This is beautiful, other than the wood and a few other changes. I'd switch the laundry room and bathroom around and turn a part of the laundry area into a small mudroom at the back door. I’d also prefer to have a regular closet and have wrought iron railings on the stairs. I love the color of the kitchen cabinets! I'm preparing to redo mine that color.

I would prefer the principal bedroom being main floor (aging solo senior) and change the laundry room to an ensuite shower room. Combine laundry and powder room in current mai floor bathroom.

We Americans are so used to enormous spaces compared to virtually every other country. Although beautiful, this home would be a tough squeeze for even just two of us. Work from home/office, storage options, space for family entertaining, this place would be challenging. Admittedly spoiled.
