As a braider, would you say there’s less braids when doing triangle parts versus box parts?
@Twistncoilstee3 жыл бұрын
Hmmm 🤔 good question! In my opinion, I think there would be less braids with the triangle parts vs box parts. I’d love to hear what other braiders think 💭! Thanks for watching 🖤

Adding more rows will increase the amount. Depends on density of the hair the final look.

What are you doing in the root? Braid then twist? Rubber band? Or you just put a lot of gel then twist?
@Twistncoilstee Жыл бұрын
I added product to the root and then a rubber band to hold the hair, however you could braid then twist if you prefer not to use a rubber band. Thanks for watching 🖤!

Love the video. What’s the takedown process like as far as hair retention and the rubber bands? I want to try but I’m afraid of the rubber bands breaking my hair off. Thank you 🙏🏽
@Twistncoilstee3 жыл бұрын
I really appreciate the love! The takedown process is really easy, we just cut the rubber bands and unravel the twist. I understand your concern, you definitely have to be careful with rubber bands.....I love soaking mine in a little oil to prevent breakage and of course moisturizing daily or as needed will prevent breakage. Dry hair breaks, so we definitely take the moisture up a notch when wearing protectives styles. I hope this helps, Thanks for watching!🖤
@OhVideoDiary3 жыл бұрын
@@Twistncoilstee thank you! So I’ll moisturize the area around the rubber bands often and especially before I take them down. Thanks again
