Their loss to Lilgun in DPC S2 really hurt their chances. 1st place vs Last place and got 2-0'd. Tiebreaker versus T1 should've not happened. They maintained their 1st place and earn that DPC points, Maybe had a good run at Animajor and maybe a direct invite. Butterfly effect. Do not underestimate your opponents.

the mental fortitude shown by Fnatic after getting 2-0'd man. Gabbi is really good carry, but if we are to compare him and raven, you can see that Raven's movement are more sharper. True to its spirit, Raven is still the number one undisputed carry on SEA.

I like how people are salty in the comment section. Some are even toxic. At the end of the day, the better team won and deserved their slot in the TI. People who are saying EU needs more slots or whatsoever need to move on. People that keep saying there are a lot of tier 1 teams at EU is just laughable. T1 just proved that if given a chance, SEA region can run over people with lots of practice and exposure against other regions. When it comes to TI, everyone has an equal chance to win it. Whoever that is best prepared and play well on the days of the TI will win it all. That's it.

So close yet so far for TNC but still well played by them. They had played total 8 games starting from lower bracket finals until fifth game of the qualifier finals. Not to say about physically tired but also mentally stress and tired at the same time. Anyway, still congrats to Fnatic for making a comeback when they are down 2-0. It's not easy handling the stress that you cannot even lose one game for 3 straight games. This is what makes dota interesting and competitive. With the slightest time, every single decision, every single timing, every single strategy and other little small things add up and it all counts. Definitely one of the best region TI qualifiers.

SHARING SOME THOUGHTS GAME 3 could have been the deciding match for TNC if Mushi picked their comfort heroes. They got baited on the Lion and TB pick, which they resorted to picking ABA and SHAMAN. And no way Morph can counter TB, especially in a high skilled match. GAME 4 was literally an out draft. TB and LION were not banned, so Fnatic took that advantage. For TNC, BOK at this match was like a herald player, he fed a lot, not even contributing to making space for the carry. Plus, they don't have a counter hero for Ember. GAME 5 (Bo1 moment), PHOENIX, and TIDE got picked, they forced picking SPEC, which will always have a hard time in laning stage against these heroes. And one questionable pick is the Magnus. Magnus in this qualifier has like 0 percentage. Any thoughts? Constructive criticisms?

there is a way for morph to counter TB, morph has burst dmg. But with how the meta in SEA is rn, its hard to roll on early. especially if both teams opt to look for their carry timings. and yeah TNC choked game 3 and 4, game 5 was a big why but not as pepega as game 4.

TNC made a lot of mistakes on game 5. Armel got caught twice and it cause them an objective. And on game 4 TNC get all their comfort hero tims on his mirana, armel puck, and gabbi on his medusa but ember and TB dominate the game. I feel sad for TNC just one game away but let's just congratulate FNATIC and don't give the blame into one person. Dota is a team play everyone made a mistake it's just that fnatic play better.

I think SEA dota got robbed for having just 1 slot for TI based on how SEA teams are stacked up. TI10 will be a downfall this year for having some direct qualified teams who dominate the DPC season for their respective regions but didn't show up during the major. DOTA must change the DPC format next season. Well I guess this SEA qualifier has a TI grand final quality game than what we can see on TI itself.

This new DPC format actually punish big "lazy" teams like OG who didn't do much whole season, qualify to TI ( cause almost all the big teams back then can qualify so its easy for them in the qualifiers) then somehow snatch the win at TI cause somehow the meta is in their favor. Now, every team need to be consistent whole season. Now, they might even not qualify because of their poor performance the whole year.
