Unfortunately, I have cut way way way back. I now only buy certain figures. Marvel legends- most classic comic book characters. If I do not recognize it , I do not but it. McFarlane- 90% of the Batman himself. Not many others , a few but not many. And all other lines and companies fall into the if I find it on sale , Ross, Ollie’s, target, amazon and the very rarely clearanced Walmart. I have a collection of over 5000 displayed figures. Not a huge collection, I have seen so many much, much larger collections. I am happy with mine and will add to it but in a much slower and selective manner. But action figures are great.

I was lucky enough to get to a target as they were stocking that JLA set and I can confirm it was all Platinum. I only grabbed the red superman as I had already PO'ed the rest from McF store.

That's great Super7 got a large investment to continue making figures. The earth rise Optimus prime, I could be wrong. But, wasn't that an Ollie's closeout figure we were purchasing for either 9.99 or 19.99. 14:20 . Thanks for keeping up with the informative news. Action Figures are Great.

Super7 should work out a deal with Mattel that let’s them do motu headsculpts for the masterverse line. It’s a win win. Mattel would sell more figures due to the fact people could buy head packs to supplement their masterverse figures.

That blue/grey Batman is probably a repaint of Affleck’s Batman. He was blue and grey in the movie and the figure was a completely different color. Prob based on early concept art originally. That looks like a Keaton suit simply painted different and we have that figure already, as well, so it could be that too since it requires zero new tooling. It would make more sense to release another 6 pack containing all of those unused suits in that vault shot. Free money printing machine.

@@jamespaul6315 everyone had clearance stuff because 2022 orders were huge based on 2022/2021 sales, but 2023 sales did not meet those levels. The pandemic "ended" and ppl had other things to spend their money on again. So orders for 2024 will decrease and you can expect to fight scalpers for exclusives again like before the pandemic.

The human faces on figs look like trash, articulations outdated, prices are double what they should be because the packaging is oversized, and they're wasting money operating out of California. I dont think any of it looks bad. I own all 1,500 and counting Reaction and quite a few Ultimates. GI Joe literally look like they stepped off the TV screen. They are perfect. I dont care how they move because I don’t play with my figures. Im an adult and they are for looking great on a shelf where they dont need to move. Reaction are nostalgia for us old bastards that grew up in the 70s and 80s. Theyre some of the best figs in my $50K collection and I have a bit of everything. $20 is not expensive for 3.75”. Most 3.75” lines from smaller companies are double that and Joy Toy has 3.75” that cost anywhere from $35 to $180 for one figure. Most of their enormous Warhammer line are $50-100 and some are $120-180 so lets not complain about $20. To Mcfarlane’s credit, his superb Super Powers line will cost you $10 a figure and theyre about 4.5” or so. That line started sketchy but 7 waves in and it’s as nice ad the 80s line.

@@FFFFPPPP I can understand that you like them because of the 70s 80s star wars style figures. Those reactions should be $10 though in my opinion. I bought the ultimate joes on sale for $10 and they look great but for $50 I would've never bought them. Classified does great figures for $25 half the price and even that's too much for 1 figure.
