Save your populations per region on a paper, those with "Ostdeutsche" / "Volgasdeutsche" must be considered 80% Germans and 20% russians, urban regions with "Russian" must be considered as 30% Germans and 70% russians, there are some regions with Ukrainians and belarussians otl so do a proportionate calculation on the TNO numbers. Also Looking at the German population inside the Reich at the start of the mod and at 1939 fertility rate should be around 2.60 (otl in 1939 it was raised from 1.35 of late 20' to 2.40) that means every german woman aged 15-45 has an average ""production"" of babies of 2, every 3 women we have 8 children, that is by far an Higher rate than the russians since OTL they were 2.80 (if I correctly recall) while living in good conditions, now they suffered enough and went through slavery, genocide and sterilisation. Looking at population shift I think it is a good estimate if we assign them a 1.15 fertility rate that essentially means they are going to be replaced even if speer authorities stop killing them. Ofc this number may rise in the following years but with a now semi stable Russia in the east we must consider emigration sale (immigration - emigration) and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be that positive. This + other stuffs make me think that RK Moscowien will become an enormous Kosovo, an historical Serbian land were Albanians outbreed the serbians (plus some help from the ottomans with deportations)

Reformist Speer can end up with getting couped by GO4, which will turn Germany into a democracy(somewhat). Or dengism which reforms national-socialism to be more liberal. Both of this options will result with Germany being more tolerant of other cultures and more of a pan-european than just pro-aryan(provided they remain an ally of Germany) They also make the term "aryan" more inclusive. Pretty much making anyone living in close proximity of Europe an aryan.

@@hajustuggmun858 It's a really complicated string of events leading to this. I would just recommend you to play as Speer in TNO and experience it first hand. Germans finally understand that trying to rule by sheer fear in Europe just won't work forever ,it's barely working right now,. So they are either in the case of Go4, abondon national-socialism completly and slowly but surely guide German public away from it. Or in the case of Dengist Speer, reform national-socialism to be less extremist. Instead of abondening it completely, he makes it more compact and flexible. A good example would be Speer ,just days after German Civil War ends, declaring all Czechs as honorary-aryan despite what Hitler said in the past. TLDR some Germans actually feel bad about being racist oppressors, while some other Germans just realized having a slave economy isn't efficent.
