I have one doubt. In prelims and mains exam, same questions were asked to all the candidates. So TNPSC can judge who is qualified and select them for interview. But in interview, same questions are not asked. If you ask different questions, one might be easy for one candidate and one might be difficult for other candidate. Now how will TNPSC select qualified candidate? Is it one's luck to go to a panal that asks easy questions? And is it one's bad luck to go to a panel that asks difficult questions? All the 2500 candidates at the interview could not have covered syllabus 100%. So it is possible one may face easy question and other may face difficult question. It is obvious if one is lucky he will get job. If one is not lucky he will lose job. Does luck determine our job? If it is true, do we really need interview in group 2 exam?
