I think the reason all the fans are upset was because they felt they were not able to sing the whole version of the song. They felt they were not able to perform to their full capacity. I saw that they were going to sing this song instead of flashlight and the producers changed it to flashlight. But we all know that being eliminated from TWB will never slow these wonderfully talented boys down! This song was performed so beautifully. I absolutely LOVED IT! Way to go guys! Now THAT'S our TNT Boys!

Mabuhay ang TNT Boys!!!! “Ili-ili tulog anay… wala diri imong nanay” is a very popular lullaby sweetly sung to make babies sleep in the "ilonggo" speaking region of the Philippines. ilonggo language is spoken by the people of Panay island and Negros Occidental in the Western Visayas part of the Philippines. “ili-ili” is a word use to describe when you hold a baby inside your arms, very close to your chest, and at the same time gently swinging your arm left to right… “tulog anay” means “just sleep for a while” “wala diri” means “not here” or “not around” “imong nanay” means “your mother”.. hi. its one of the dialect in our country. philippines and thats my dialect. i spoke that.. that means " sleep little one your mom went to the market to buy a bread" its an ilonggo lullaby. my mom used to sing that lullaby when i was still a baby 😀

Ah, yes, you are correct, this is the song that they should have performed instead of the short version of "Flashlight" for their final battle round on TWB... in fact, as it turns out, it was their originally intended song (per Mackie). Btw, there are many different dialects spoken throughout the Philippine Islands, with the most common being Tagalog (which incorporates Spanish influences). The Ilonggo dialect used in this song is one that is spoken in an area of the south. TNT Boys, as you may be aware, are versed in singing in several languages (Francis claims to know 5 languages - mostly in varying Filipino dialects - comfortably) :)

This is supposed to be the song they’re gonna sing. Unfortunately at the last minute, the twb producers changed their song to Flashlight and cut the song short like what they did to Dimash before. The whistle nite wasn’t there in the song. People claimed that they heard the boys practising this song for the championship round. In my opinion, they don’t want the boys to win against their own american group.
