Energy drinks are unhealthy as fuck. Get yourself an avocado, some blueberries a banana and oat milk, add a couple of chia and hemp seeds and mix it together and enjoy it. It‘ll refresh you and do your body wonders. I used to drink energy drinks myself till I was 17, or 18, now I‘ve been drinking this with some vegan protein powder from alpha foods for the last 6 years on a nearly daily basis

I like Sammy G he's had a hell of a run so far since AEW became a legitimate wrestling promotion and at his young age he still has so much life to give AEW for the foreseeable future. I hope to see Sammy Guevara make it as one of the top 5 guys in the next 5 - 6 years because I can see Sammy continue to be apart of some top AEW storylines for years to come and will truly become a major player in the company.
