From all the "noise" on KZbin and social media, from all gurus, motivational speakers, experts, coaches etc. I think that you won't find anything like on Conor's channel. I personally, when I see a new video, I'm always impatient to see it and always inspires me and motivates to rethink and reflect on. I'm really glad that I found this channel. Thank you, Conor. I hope I will have the opportunity to meet you in person some day to shake your hand. You sir, you're awesome :)

Having a plan and mental state are connected to consistency or having a routine. For students: Integrate learning in your daily life. Having a learning plan. Making learning part of your life. Even people with a huge talent are training to be on the top. Well, there are geniuses. But most people are not and therefore it is not a good idea to start learning the day before the exam.

STRATEGY -- Examine how others have done it, the process, journey -- not so much what they say they did, but what they *actually* did STATE -- Highly Unresourceful OR Highly Resourceful and OPEN to future possibility! Use "recipes", mechanisms, to put yourself in ideal mindsets over the day, relevant to tasks STORY -- about yourself, the back-track... I'm a "failure" -- every setback will feel like a kick in the knee/gut (>> Afraid of Losing 😱) *versus* I'm curious, learning, overcoming... looking back to make adjustments (>> Looking Forward to Winning 😎)

That's very true. I can effectively utilize strategy-state-storytelling to transform my long-standing habit of being consistently late into the opposite behavior in just a few days. It feels like a miracle, and I truly enjoy being an early bird.

Hehe it takes 20-90 days of consistent discipline to develop or to remove a habit - Rome wasn’t built in a day 😇

The sport analogies do not translate to the real world. They are hackneyed, tired and irrelevant.
