FYI, you don't have to keep a locked device in your drawer. If you don't have a copy of the invoice, you can contact your Apple Rep. and get a copy of the invoice showing that your business purchased that device. You can then use that invoice to put in an unlock request to Apple. Apple will then unlock it for you. I've done it a ton of times

Thank you so much for this video. Can the camera be used with a managed ID?

Thanks for a great presentation, very helpful indeed! You talked short about people using business emails with personal apple IDs. Is there some way to convert those to business. If not then how to go about that situation when moving to business apple ids? Thanks

Managed apple ids cannot purchase applications. You would need to create alternate email address within the control of the organization and use these emails after you claim ownership of the domain and federate the identity management.

One Apple ID per student OR one Apple ID per device? Think about EACH Mac (we have 32 only for our entire school) will be used by at least 20 students per week in our computer room.

And more exactly 16:40 is the exact situation. At our school JAMF advisor says to us that we need to use multiples Managed Apple ID in one Mac (remember, 20 students per Mac). So, I don’t think that’s a great idea.
