Using the washing machine to clean shoes is seriously underated. I put my shoes in a laundry bag/cloth bag, tie it up and put it in a wash cycle for 15 mins. Your shoes come out super super super clean. Try it out.

The dissolving strips, don't plop the entire box in your bag. Leave it in a cool dry place, as they melt in our weather conditions and don't come off in one strip. So only carry individual strips with u.
