I’m not real sure I believe this dude. Sending roses to a female coworker is just weird and opens the door for something to happen down the road. Plus him not wanting to be intimate is odd. But hopefully they can work it out.

He is lying like a dog. There is no situation on Earth where you wouldn't tell your current girlfriend that someone with your ex-girlfriend's name is working at your job. And as somebody noted, it has been more than just one week, and there is no way this guy is telling the truth. Absolutely none.
