In case of MC1 weight of water lost in 10 minutes you said it W2-W1 so it will not 1.56 it will be W1-W2=(42.13-41.57)=0.56

After each 10 minutes time interval, put the petrifish inside the desicator..after 5 minutes inside that (desicator) take the weight of the dried sample + petridish..

Dear madam, I think you are find outed average drying rate ? Because we need to evaluate the each different interval drying rate to indentify the critical moisture content.

Actually no need. But there is conpect for particle size which is related to the drying rate.
