I was there with my twin sister we are both 17 and we almost lost our lives :( every night I can't sleep , I'm triggered after and loud noise or flashing lights as I get flash backs to that night. I'm still so so upset I waited 7 years to see my idol live and now most of my memory from the concert has been erased because of the tragic ending :( I am seeing a counsellor which is kind of helping but I will still never forget

Well babe, I'm so sorry for what you're going through. But please know that I'm here for you and I understand how you feel. After my family experienced the bombing at the Boston Marathon in 2013, we could barely go out in public for months. It was hard for my Dad to be in big crowds of people. And I remember a couple of weeks after the bombing, my mom and I were walking into the grocery store and I heard a loud bang from a work truck and it made me cry because it brought back all of the terrible memories. But please try to stay strong! Im much better now as well as the rest of my family. Time will help heal the mental scars. And you should try watching some of the Ari concerts on youtube! there are so many great videos on here of the full concert so maybe that can help you remember the beautiful show. Just know I have lots of love for you and your sister. Stay strong. xoxo

I’m glad that there is someone out there that understands what everyone of us are dealing with. I’ve felt guilty and freak out over every little noise nearly a year after being involved in the Manchester attack. It’s taking me a year to go back to that city and face my fears for the anniversary. Thank you for doing this video it gives hope that we will live with this for the rest of our lives but we can still live our lives and back to normality. ❤️❤️

I’m literally tearing up just watching this video ! Because I’m thinking omg like around this time a year ago all these fans were looking forward to attending the show in Manchester not knowing it was going to be the last night of their lives 😭 breaks my heart that this happened at an Ari concert like it could’ve been me that night at her concert it just hit home I’m a huge fan of her and I have many Arianator friends but great video I’m really glad your ok 💜

My cousin was Courtney Boyle and my uncle was Phil tron who both died in this attack i know how you feel it's horrible. I haven't slept properly since i found out the news about them on Tuesday. Nobody should ever have to go through this and i hope nobody ever have to go through it again xx

I was there at the concert , I relate to you so much!!! You are like a person counsellor which I've been too but they haven't done anything for me. Everything you said you done in the aftermath I do to. I can't go in big crowds and I'm even scared to go to school. Nobody understands me, people think I'm over exaggerating but they don't know because they haven't experienced it. Only the teachers have stuck by my side. Thank you for making this video!!! Ive been depressed about this..I had tickets to Ariana s London show and was going to Manchester until a physio appointment came up.. i still feel totally numb about it.. Ive not been coping well ag all and having dificulties coping at work as i go to over 60 concerts a year..

Oh no..... I'm so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. After my family and I experienced the bombing at the Boston Marathon it was very hard for me to attend any event with large crowds. We went to a soccer game a few months later and my father couldn't even stay the entire time. It made him too upset. :( Stay strong... Time heals all. Don't let those evil people make you afraid of something as beautiful as a concert. xoxo

Yeah i know how you feel with missing out on a show.. Amber ive been to Celine 3 weeks ago and going to a few more this year.. its hard at work as i work on a cross channel ferry between Dover and Calais so i see teenagers the age of Nell or Sorrell.. So i am constantly reminded of it..I havent coped well with Manchester at all as id got tickets 2 days before as the Manchester Arena released side seats 2 days before Ariana and i get cheap rail fares.. My physio was adament he had to see me on May 22nd as im disabled and constantly need physio.. I will try to not think about it but its hard as Ariana is one of my favourites and i had been looking forward to those shows for a long time..
