Hello, planning to buy 60+ devices but what is the standbycurrent of the Tongou TO-Q-SY2-JZT. You don't mention that anywhere and with 60+ devices, consumption is a key question.

after about 4 weeks of use it stopped showing me the daily consumption, and not even the consumption recorded in the past few days is visible. the monthly consumption remains but shows a discrepancy between the total shown on the main screen and that of the department. the difference is only 3 KW, but still the discrepancy is there and I don't understand the reason. Ah, I have 2 devices and both stopped showing consumption at the same time. I use Smart Life apps

Hello. I purchased TO-Q-SY2-JZT model, 2 pieces. Both of them no have “Alarm settings” in the “settings” section. I tried to connect through Tuya and SmartLife apps, the result is the same, “Alarm settings” are missing, all other control functions work perfect. What could be the problem? Thank you.
