last time I was there they had one signed for 506. I think they just picked a destination to have one on it rather than not in service

So the Orion VII NGs are being rebuilt now?

Ya, some rebuilt, some retiring. The Orion VII NG HEV's engine burns out really quick, like 5 years. Because of this, the TTC cannot make a profit on these and has to retire some of them prematurely to even the cost.
