March 11, 1946 - October 29, 2015, Edgar Jacob 'Tiger' Petrini, Jr. was called Tiger the moment he was born in Annapolis to Edgar Jacob, Sr., and Carmella Marie Schall Petrini. He attended school in Annapolis and studied Electrical Engineering after his time at the USCG. His father was the founder of Petrini Shipyard in Eastport. He was raised with many of the finest yachtsmen as mentors. He became interested in outboard motorboat racing at a young age. His fearless ability to control the boats led him through many competitions and Championships. He became a local celebrity when he appeared on live TV as a contestant on "I've Got a Secret" in 1957. He dedicated his winnings to "Eastport Elementary School and Principal Mrs. Russell". After motorboat racing, he followed his passion for sailboat racing; competing in Thistle regattas around the area. His father was a member of the Annapolis Yacht Club and Severn Sailing Association providing many opportunities to sail with others. He was very active in IOR Racing sailing aboard the sloop Running Tide. Tiger was a competitive member of the Cal 25 class at AYC. To be sure, he was a great sportsman. He loved car racing and was an expert machinist. He built several drag racers and a beautiful Formula B car "Yellow Jacket". Tiger was involved in major competitions around the states. He was a member of "Don the Snake" Prudhomme's racing team. In later life, he worked as a horse trainer at Pimlico and Laurel Downs. He was very proud of his accomplishments but somewhat humble when asked about them. All the while he was racing and training, he developed the family gift of musicianship. An avid bass guitarist, Tiger led a local band known as "The Vikings" and played in other bands too, on both coasts. His love of music sustained him all throughout his life. Tiger was fortunate and grateful to have many friends. He was comforted by their love and support which sustained him during his life and illness. Tiger was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Tom and John. He is survived by his sister Clara Petrini, niece, Mignon, and nephew Eddie Petrini and Adrian Huntington. Calling hours will be held at Taylors' Funeral Home on Friday, November 6 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. The funeral will be Saturday, November 7, at 9 am at St. Mary's Church. Published by The Capital Gazette on Nov. 4, 2015.

I find it interesting that whoever wrote the obit either got the year and show wrong or he was also on IGAS. I find the former scenario more likely.

Frank O'Leary (1st segment) was actually one of three co-writer of the book "The Dictionary of Underworld Slang" -- but went to writer several other books. To put some more details on his story: He was arrested for robbing actress Marjorie Ardell on Easter Sunday 1931; he stole $13,000 in jewellery from her -- and back in 1931 that was a big heist. He was sentenced to 30 years but was paroled after 22... hence he was able to appear on To Tell the Truth.

He really did but I think that’s why I was convinced it was him. I think it’s way scarier to be yourself rather than play act as two and three did. But they were all charming! Do children this delightful exist anywhere anymore?

Tiger Petrini (in the 2nd segment) died in recent times, October 29, 2015.
I thought I recognized the name of one of the imposters in the 3rd segment. That is Clay Felker who in 1962 married Pamela Tiffin. And the week she made her disastrous appearance as a panelist on What's My Line? she had mentioned that her husband had recently sat in on a discussion panel with Bennett Cerf. This is that husband.

It's hilarious they mention the Dalai Lama in segment #3 because there was a real-life incident in Tibet where an American tourist was arrested for wearing a Sgt. Bilko t-shirt. The Chinese authorities mistook Sgt. Bilko (Phil Silvers) for the current Dalai Lama!
