This comment is pretty deep but I just can't refrain from expressing how powerful this album is. The lyrics, the intensity, everything about this album has been instrumental in my journey of coping with severe mental health issues (C-PTSD to be precise). I've suffered with chronic self harm for over 15 years and this album (Global Warming) has literally managed to replace self harm for me. Tuning into this album when I feel overwhelmed by a million and one things just speaks to my body in a way that releases all of the chemicals I'd feel from cutting. I've grown up being very aware of the suffering that animals endure for our pleasures. I'd watch brutal fur farm videos at the age of 10 and I've walked the earth feeling very alone in my plight for the animals. I've cried and cried for years over the modern day holocaust and yeah I have viewed it as a holocaust for as long as I can remember but have never been able to express it to anyone :( this album has spoken to me in a way that I thought I was alone in, and has changed my life. I no longer self harm thanks to this one very album, and when I feel the urge I come here straight away and listen instead. Rings of Saturn are a close second for their face melting music but this album is just next level for me. The lyrics and emotion in each and every song is so passionate and really gives me hope for change in the future, as I'm sure many people will be affected by the brutality in the album and shocked into seeing the horrible reality of those systems. We need more artists singing about the important shit in the world! Thank you guys for everything you do, you're an inspiration ❤️

Hey Sasha, thank you so much for this comment. It overwhelms me with joy to be able to help in some way, shape or form and i commend the guts it took to say this. Just know that you're not alone in feeling that way, few people understand what it's like to stand opposed to an empire of animal abuse that is everywhere we look and blindly defended by so many. Evil like this simply can not last forever, the day that we see an end to commercialized animal exploitation will come and every person speaking out helps. Again, thank you for the comment and for being a voice for them.

After 20 years, I read Metal Hammer UK again (June 2021) and noticed the review to Epilogue as "TTG are about as straightforward and one- dimensional as deathcore gets. The odd natural harmonic or glitch hint at something a little less primitive but otherwise, they sound like a million other deathcore bands" Funny thing, all of the other albums they reviewed sounded like a million other bands. Maybe Remfry Dedman forgot to add an adjective and he really meant "they sound like a million other GREAT deathcore bands"
