Lorna shore has a serious talent when it comes to telling stories. Look up the “Pain Remains” Trilogy, the story telling is incredible, and even though you can’t understand a majority of it, it still hits you harder than you’d ever expect it to. Hands down best group in this genre for the ability to tell stories.

They knew what they were doing with the audio levels.....you think you have the volume turned all the way up in the car until the hook comes in, and they absolutely turned up the audio when he says Azrael......I can never tell if my 15 year old daughter likes the harder metal I listen to at times. She went to her first concert on her 14th birthday to see Slipknot and she loved it. As much as a shy introvert can. But I put this on in the car, and it was the first time in the car with full volume......and when he starts the hook, the volume elevates and all I did was put my arm in front of her face to show her that my whole arm was goosebumps. And she was just nodding her head up and down with approval. We dont normally listen to deathcore stuff....just because you cant hear a word most of them say, which is fine, it's like another musical instrument. But this was pretty good.

I have been listening to metal since the early nineties and I heard a good vocalist or twelve, but there is definitely something special about Will's vocals. I don't know if it is the multiple voices or the way he switches from one to the other apparently effortlessly or if it is just his timbre, but there is something particularily appealing in his voice. The facts that all the band members are absolute brutes and that the songwritting is stellar probably helps too :p
