If one calls for a fresh election for asking funds for state building then next time they should be sitting on the other side. Yes there will be a weakening of the center's finances. But this will bring more income in the long run. It will be more respectable to go to elections by showing a new city creation and better states' condition than showing a particular religion as antagonists.
