I was Jeff's next door neighbor in our small town. He had a two-story garage (where his mom still lives) and upstairs was a baseball on an elastic string and I can clearly remember hearing him smashing that ball over and over again late at night. His persistance and drive is unmatched. Jeff was 5 or 6 years older than me, so never really got to spend much time with him, but did get to play catch with him a couple times in our back yard and was grateful for that. Wish were a little closer in age.

Loved this one man!! It’s always great to hear former team guys’ stories and their journey, it’s really inspiring. Stew, I’m sure you can get any former Seal in on one of these To, Through and After episodes. Like Jeff was saying, you’re an Icon man, you are responsible for so many guys becoming operators. I’m sure they’d love to get a chance to do the podcast!

Done some of Jeff´s programs and they are top notch! Really enjoyed those. Very challenging and it helped me get to the next level. Never payed for training programs in the past, but this was worth every dollar :)

They need to clone Jeff in a lab. His body could tolerate hundred mile weeks of running and then also be capable of getting that big and strong. His genetics must be insane.
