I think Stella will be fine if released alone. She has never really had friends among Yudi’s monkeys. she is very independent and aggressive and I think she would hold her own among other monkeys. It is time to say goodbye, for her own good.

You do what you feel like you have to. But from my personal view, I don't think any animal should be chained or in a cage. It's taking away from their freedom. They weren't made to be couped up. I do see your point of view and for safety precautions but if you have to feel you have to do that to Stella, I would rather let her go😔 eing in a cage or chain could cause more aggression or depression for her. 😔 Just my opinion and I'm sorry to say it. I have read that someone could build a large cage but will it be large enough where there be a tree for her to climb, an area with water and so forth. Stella has had a very large area with the ability to feed herself and run. I just feel her freedom will be taken away and it will do her more harm than good. Maybe for safety precautions she may need to be let go.

Yudi my friend , please don’t chain or cage Stella. She is a wild animal and needs to be free. Many of the chained ones that we have rescued have also been sedated, this is evil for any primate. Also you say she is tame for you and Erna. If she was tame in this way you wouldn’t need to catch her as she would come to you. Also the chances of her and Bella going off as a pair when released would be great. BUT!! It probably wouldn’t happen, Stella would go off and leave Bella to live her life. It’s very rare wild animals live story book life sorry to say. 🙏🏻

I think you must release Stella now. It's not fair to chain or cage Stella now. She must be free. They won't ever be friends, Stella and Bella. Stella is more of a loaner and Bella is too gentle and loving. I've never seen Stella show any kinship to the other monkeys. Bella can get along with other monkeys you have. It's hard decision for you I know but you must let Stella go free. Stella is also very jealous and can be aggressive to everyone, even to you and your children. Let her go free.

Yes. There is a man in Malaysia that has three like Stella. They are very well behaved. But in that country the law requires them to be leashed. But they were raised as pets and trained. He has an outdoor pavilion for them too.

Rough estimates: Stella is 14 months, Noni and Nana are 7 months, Bella is 5 months and Scott Parker is 3 months. (These are going off the time of their first video uploads and/or Yudi's rough estimates of their age when he acquired them, based on their teeth development)

I guess you’re going to have next thoughts from your channel that watches you. I see people saying to release Stella by herself, but she could end up being attacked by a troop because there isn’t any support around her and that’s what I would fear. I know it’s best if she’s released with her own kind. Do you think the guy at the market that sells monkeys could call you when he gets the same type of primate as Stella and Bella? Stella tried to hurt Bella when Yudi brought them both into the house to try and get them to bond in a recent video. The only reason you don't see as many videos of Stella going after Bella in the yard is because Yudi would often put Bella in the cage with the baby monkeys for her protection. There's at least one video of Stella biting Bellas toes and tail when she's been the slowest monkey to get away from her when Stella's been feeling aggressive (and Stella chased and held Bella down while Noni bit her after Noni became aggressive and called for backup). Bella is terrified of Stella.
