I've been experimenting with 1.20 due to your other video i commented on, and omg it's so much better. i think the book stonking thing has to do with a client side hitbox, which can be fixed with a mod that someone smarter than me may make. once that happens, I'm unironically switching to 1.20 forever. i get like 4x the frame rate

For blaze puzzle if you don't grab the chest you get the score but you only get the blessings if you open it also if you don't have secrets memorized better maps has a great secret outliner the shows where they all are instead of showing the best route at least for me it was helpful to learn all the secrets before memorizing routes also congrats on cata 50!!!!

Ive been seeing mixed answers on the blessing thing, ill figure it out. Also i kinda consider secret waypoints a bit too cheaty, i should really just start learning professional routes while i do boss collection haha

They aren't to hard to learn personally I like using eatplastic's routes he had whole video out for all but the new room he does use some more difficult ender pearl tech route but I think he shows alternative routes for those rooms too and yeah I learned every room route in an hour but already had every secret location memorized so it was easy and if you are going to go for class average 50 then you will need to know them anyway so learning them while getting collections maxed would be a great idea

Yes BUT dont because you cant make ghost blocks in 1.20, you shouldnt be doing any high end dungeoneering without ghost blocks, so stick to 1.8 for m7

How was dungeons on 1.20 and ur overall experience. Ive been wanting tontry 1.20 but kind of overwhelmed by difference compared to 1.8 forge

I did only a couple runs on 1.20, its incredible, BUT, ghost blocks don’t work, so for high level gameplay its not usable. Tbh you shouldnt notice much of a difference at all in sb for 1.20 vs 1.8

Yes ghost blocks are important for fast clears which is why i mentioned its not really viable for high end runs. And i use a different launcher for 1.20 so i can swap between the two easily

Hey just so you know you should use kismets after a day of doing floors as they RNG meter fills it gives kismets the better chance of getting better RNG drops you are looking for

Rng meter doesnt affect kismet rolls, this is why your meter doesnt reset on a reroll

You should use skytils blaze solver (i think it was st maybe it was another mod) it got lines to the next 2 blazes colourd it makes blaze very fast
