Thank you for the compliment! I have completed the Accelerator anime and Index "The Miracle of Endymion" movie, because I heard it's a prequel to Railgun T. As for now, I have completed ep.3 of Index. Any spoilers are welcomed, they will probably pique my interest.

This is a good video but Where’s Kakine the second ranked level 5? He’s obviously above Misaka. In his manga he literally stated his wings can withstand a Railgun. Kimi should be stronger than Misaka since the passage of manga clearly showed the dragon was too much for Misaka. Mugino should be a little higher. Sogiita personally is stronger than base Misaka. In a side story manga they actually fought each other and Sogiita tanked Misaka’s Railgun with his teeth. Then Misaka didn’t know what to do and merely called it a draw.

About Misaka, I used her Phase 5.3 form in this video. For me, her base form has ~2,900,000 P.L. and yes base Misaka is weaker than Kimi and Sogiita. Since Kakine doesn't manage to show off his power in Railgun anime and manga (I dunno about light novel), I had to exclude him from this list. Edit: same goes to Hokaze Junko. @@SimplyAtomycin the LN Kakine gets so powerful he literally stalemates both Mugino and Accelerator at the same time. Literally gets a new form by making himself out of dark matter. Not only can he make clones of himself but he can endlessly regenerate. Kakine LN stomps Misaka even in her 5.3 form and even Sogiita

​@@ryanrodriguez2498you're right about that. But you must understand that this is for railgun. Kakine vs Accelerator & Mugino was in Index NT. The guy also said that he did the tops based on the anime and the manga. Not the novels

@@SimplyAtomyc thanks! I started making toaru gacha vids, because i saw them as a cool way of making content about a series that needs more popularity out there. My first and second gacha vids (that i did with another channel) made 6k and 15k in the first month, so i think that these are quite good numbers to go by. I'll leave the link to these videos obviously.
