For context, there is a word in the Chinese language that is pronounced that way. Doesn't mean he is calling anyone the n word. I don't speak the language so I can't verify for this particular case but it doesn't seem like the dude is cursing anyone out to me.

The Chinese word that sounds like the N word translates to "that one". He said instead: "good job my (N word ending in as)". So he very much was saying the N word, since in context it makes no sense for the native Chinese word to be there. He probably either learned it from others in voice chat or from other media. People in private are not sensitive to these things and freely use it as a term to address friends/teammates (perhaps unaware of the history or not caring).
