Yes, obviously cheating! Well atleast a reaction where someone has a little clue of what we are doing :p Im gonna go over some things (and theres some things that are very subtle and too much to go over now) Sadly theres no POV for broken, since the last "performance update" doesnt work too well with his PC. Technically, besides the first room and maybe fast chems, i would consider everything glitchless. But yea compared to my usual runs i dont call it "glitchless" aswell because of that For the first room going in damaged for the energized (backpack) OC. Yes i do use a Crosshair built into my monitor Minitank 80%haz pro+2 disrupt mods. the Hive drop is not for faraday, just for the direct oc (since broken is running 100% Disrupt aswell). You dont have to actually kill the jammer to keep going, but it just will emp you forever really. The transition, the yellow rolls are actually skill haste for getting the foam back before roof. Its a very scuffed room because of the builds we run in the room before, and yes the dog lost us 2 seconds but youre welcome to do it faster and show it to us❤ For Roof, brokens death was not intentional actually (it was even a timeloss). The hotswap is just away from the 6skill tier and oxy, because with an actual fast roof the enemies are dead right as oc runs out and i cant jump up :p Boss is always toxic since a few ads usually push him and thats kinda shitty. It is kind of the standard 4man strat to oxy boss but its very toxic in duos. usually youd want to kill the boss later since the respawns trigger after 5 kills, but at the same time boss loves to run away and hide (and broken was pushed hard so i killed him first in this run) The final run was 6:42 by Mission Ending, 6:44 by leaderboard (i show it in the Video aswell) so thats why it is considered a 6:44 for me!

Talent for the medkit is on backpack, and it's called energize. it also works when you double tap medkit, you don't need to fully use it.

You failed to point out Toasty's setup of the talent Perpetuation prior to the start of the mission, this is key to the duration and damage of the Oxidizer.

Speed runners tend to be careful when it comes to declaring something as Any% or Glitchless. I am not too clued into the specifics of it, Toastey knows alot more about it than me. Perhaps asking him to do a Glitchless Capital would be good, that way you can see the difference.

Its non sense, complain just to complain.. Its a just point of reference, it doesn't ad damage, it doesn't reduce incoming damage, it doesn't auto aim.. Heck i think that the game it self should have it built-in.

Me and my group just run to spawn 3 and skip the chunga. We don’t Dmg spawn 1 just decoy and dart passed so I don’t think you need Dmg on S1

@ idk couldn’t tell you cause when you run passed then with a decoy after the decoy pops they start following you lol and they mad!!! Hahaha. But so I do have a question. Idk if I’m gonna use it but the 3rd party dot. We all agree it’s not cheating in pve. But what about PVP. Cause I feel like I’m at a huge disadvantage to dot users but after 6 years in this game I more or less know where my gun is without a dot.

Why do ppl even care if they cheated or not? Its not like they got some insane reward or power advantage from a speedrun. Even when leagues had leaderboards ppl were cheating but it didn't matter as there was no reward for it like there was in div 1 with the masks and points brackets.

It is not against TOS, or EULA, as stated above, a lot of modern monitors have this as a feature built in. In short, you are just no using it by choice, which further confirms it is not cheating.

@@saintanubis6177 3rd party software that directly influences the game or the games code is against TOS and EULA. If you wanted to do some real cave man tech, you can measure your screen, and draw a little dot in the centre with permant marker. Just to show where centre screen is. No one can stop you doing this, when at home, recording fottage, no one will be able to tell if you did this or not and it does not directly influence your play. Hense, not against TOS or EULA. Also, all this asside, I am only assuming they are running this. I actually have no idea if they are. I am not sure if you have ever watched Rise play, he actually does not do this, and he pulls shots like that off all the time.

@@saintanubis6177 All good my guy. Not trying to berate or anything. Just explain. Also, just to expand, there are many catagories of Speed runs as well. This comes under "Any%" which means full use of Glitchess, exploits, skips ect are allowed. You also have Glitchless, which obviously, the aforementioned "things" are not allowed, I think, things like Crosshair X are also not allowed. Toastey tends to be pretty good with what he does declaring the appropriate things as Any% or Glitchless.

Using broken game mechanics is defined as cheating. It doesn’t matter that the “divisions speed runners” aka council of exploiters says it’s not. It’s pretty simple, play the game without exploits and prove you really are as good as you claim, otherwise you are no different than the Chinese player who ran 100mph through the mission in 1 minute, you both exploited the game.

We clear this missing in like 8 minutes just with Strikers . . . . . And 3rd part software is only against TOS and EULA if it interfers with the game or it's code. There is literally nothing stopping you from putting a dot in the middle of your screen with a marker . . . . This is not cheating.
