The Toastmasters AirTimer is a timing device tailored for Toastmasters Club Meetings, but can be used for general timing where the speaker needs to be alerted with Green/Amber/Red color codes.

Hi. Only the RED flashes if you go beyond the 30 seconds of maximum time (i.e. you are in over time). In a contest scenario, the flashing would mean you are disqualified.
