Blonded Emergency Outpost, located on a glacial island off the coast of Antarctica, is the last remaining radio station in the world. Daily broadcasts feature ambient music frequently interrupted by extreme weather alerts. A 64-year-old Frank Ocean is rumored to be the lone DJ operating the station, though his voice has not been heard over its airwaves in twenty years. This does not discourage millions from tuning into the broadcast every day in the hopes of catching even a whisper from the man himself.
On January 1st, 2051, the listening public is rewarded for their patience. They soon learn that there is more than one legendary artist at work in the Outpost.
